Connect your iOS device to your MAC via cable (USB or equivalent)

Open Quick time player in your MAC

Click on File --> New movie Recording

Click on the little arrow by the red "record" button and select under "Camera" your IOS device.
You should now see the image of your iOS on the screen of your MAC
Congratulations! Click on "Finish" on your desktop

In order to conduct this online test you will need to install and run an application that will project the screen of your iPhone or iPad onto your computer: Airserver.
Use the following link to download the Airserver application to your desktop/laptop. Scroll down to find the Download button.
You may be asked to enter the activation key.

Once installed, start the Airserver app in your computer. This will enable the Airplay functionality on your iOS device.
Your iPhone and your computer need to be on the same WIFI connection for this to work. -

Now locate the "Screen Mirroring" icon ("Airplay" icon if you have IOS 10 or lower) on your iPhone or iPad by swiping the screen from the bottom of the device below the screen upwards and the "Screen Mirroring" icon will show:
Clicking on the "Screen Mirroring" icon and selecting your Desktop name will stream an image of your mobile screen onto your computer. Congratulations! Click on "Finish"

Make sure your Android device and your computer are on the same Wi-Fi network

You will need the "Screen Mirror" app in your mobile device, please download it (in your mobile device) from Google Play or in the following link (to be used in your mobile device): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.screenmirrorapp
Open the Screen Mirror app in your mobile and click on the icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Now on the browser of your computer, go to this url and scan the QR code with your phone.

You should now see the image of your mobile device "mirrored" on your computer, in the new tab you have opened.
Once you see it, come back to this tab to continue with the set up, and when you have the Userlytics Recorder up and running you can return to the new tab so as to visualize the screen of your mobile device.

Click on the downloaded file (iTools_2.4.6.dmg) and then double click to open it.

A pop-up will open: "iTools" is an application downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it? Click on 'Open'.

Then a pop-up might say "iTools is currently running from a disk image. Would you like to install iTools in your applications folder and relaunch?"
If you wish to do so, click 'Install' (it is convenient if you want to reuse the program in the future).
If not, click 'Don't install'. -

Open iTools.

Plug your iPhone into your PC via cable (USB or equivalent) and wait for it to connect.

Click on the Tab ‘LiveDesktop’ and your display will be displayed.

On your Android device, swipe down from the top of your screen
Click on "Cast"
Select your computer
You should now see the image of your Android device screen projected on your computer.
