You accept that USERLYTICS™may transfer and store and process information that we collect about you, including personal information such as your name, email and responses to our surveys, to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from US law, please note that we may store and transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, with a supervisory authority and/or data processing principles that may be different than those in the European Union, and where data subject rights may not be provided in the same manner or degree.+

We shall not sell your data to any third party, and your data will be solely used for the purpose of user experience and usability studies and other related market research studies.

Data subject that may be transferred

You may revoke your consent for future studies by opting out at any time, but in that case, you may no longer participate as a Tester.
